ICO to PNG
An ICO file can bundle several icon sizes into one file for Windows; converting to PNG extracts a single flat image you can actually open, edit, or use as a favicon source elsewhere.
If the source ICO contains multiple sizes, the converter uses the largest one so you get the most detail to work with when editing or resizing it further.
